The opposition National Democratic Congress (NDC) has officially stated that it will go to the Supreme Court to challenge the results of the December 7 Presidential election declared by the Electoral Commission (EC).
In a statement signed by the General Secretary of the NDC, Johnson Asideu-Nketiah— he announced that the decision was taken after a meeting by the National Executive Committee.
The statement also stressed that the party will continue to use all legitimate means available in the constitution to get the party’s grievances addressed.
