Sensational gospel artiste Luigi Maclean has urged the public, especially Christians, not to despair or give up on God. He signalled believers to be strong in faith instead of whimpering with pain over hardships and the current economic downturns in Ghana.
The widely deemed and powerful voice in Ghana’s gospel made the call when speaking with Onua TV on Saturday, November 19, during the Hollard Splendor Concert 2022 in Accra.
He maintained that having faith during difficult times can allow us to find peace in God’s presence. Hardening our hearts with pride costs are growing in the Lord.
Maclean was quick to add that the economic crunch is global yet believes that God would not forsake those who diligently seek his face in prayer.
“Ghana is not isolated in the economic crisis. It is everywhere. Even in the Bible, famine came upon the land, yet God saved his people.
“So my position is that let’s not give up easily but hold on unto the Lord, and he will surely protect us,” he reaffirmed.
He promised his fans to look out for his new album in early 2023, assuring the public of organizing a major gospel concert this yuletide.
The gospel concert, organized by crafted Nation, was packed with great musicians like Minister Kofi Peprah, Rev John Asubonteng, MOG Music, Minister Alexandra Aboagye, Puleng March from South Africa and the host Minister Siisi Baidoo.
The national theatre was filled at full capacity as participants received healing through music.
