Vanilla Muzik explained the concept of the music videos for his new song, ‘La-La. He told Caleb Nii Boye on Showbiz 927 that he has many women in his music video because women are a magnet for success.
The Ghanaian singer believes that any association with women yields positive outcomes. Vanilla says that women are something like a lucky charm.
“Let me tell you one thing about women, nothing can go right without them, and nothing can go wrong with them in the mix.
That is their power. That’s what God gave them. They attract positivity and good things. They are people to have in your corner when doing anything.”
For Vanilla, people without women on their team “are missing out because they make the world a better place.”
Vanilla also shared his creative process, discussing his inspiration and feature choice, Medikal.
“I’ve found out that when I’m actually creating, I’m not aware. What I meant by that is that right now, I’m probably inspired by what I went through to get here. But I don’t know. So it’s stored somewhere, and when I find some beat, and the melodies and the mood is on point, I make music. I find myself using past experiences to make music. I bring inspirations from the past that I myself haven’t been aware of. And that’s how the magic happens.
“For La-La, somebody started on the pronunciation of tablets (ta-ta-ta). And the way it came out had some rhythm. I just sparked something in my mind. So that’s how i started signing, ‘I will die for your matter ta, ta like I’m stammering.”
Vanilla calls Medikal a good person whose association would boost his song and career. ‘La-La’ is available on all streaming platforms.Read Full Story
