Accra Great Olympics defeated Medeama Sporting Club by 1-0 to move top of the Ghana Premier League table.
Samuel Quaye scored the only goal of the game in the 35th minute after he was laid through by a Gladson Awako pass and went past Daniel Egyin to beat goalkeeper Frank Boateng with a great finish.
Great Olympics held on to their lead to move top of the league.
Head coach Annor Walker handed debut start to James Akaminko and Joshua Rhule. Newly signed Zakaria Mumuni, Vincent Atinga and Zana Oumar Coulibaly all were handed start for Medeama SC.
Olympics currently sit top of the table with 33 points.
