The Ghana Football Association (GFA) has issued a provisional calendar for the 2019/20 football season.
The Association composed its Executive Council and elected a president last October in a long process to normalize Ghana football following an exposé by investigative journalist Anas Aremeyaw Anas in 2018.
On Wednesday, the Association announced for the notice of clubs to apply for their licenses till Friday, November 29.
There will be a club licensing workshop on Monday, December 2 after that.
The football leagues are scheduled to start on the weekend of Saturday, December 21 and scheduled to end in July, 2020.
The number of weeks for the season will be 35, according to the draft timetable.
Before the start, the leagues will be launched on Tuesday, December 17.
But that will be preceded by a GFA Ordinary Congress on Thursday, December 12.
