All is set for Onua FM to take over Gyakiti, located within the Asuogyaman District of the Eastern Region, and treat patrons to a long weekend of exciting activities this Easter.
The annual Onua FM Gyakiti Easter show kicks off with the ‘Akwaaba night’ jam Friday, April 19, and promises four days of fun for patrons within Gyakiti and its neighbouring towns.
Saturday is packed with activities, starting with a health walk in the morning, to be followed by a football gala, and the night will witness jams on the main street of Gyakiti.
The final round of the football gala comes off Sunday, after which revelers will cruise on the Volta Lake.
Easter Monday comes with the biggest beach side jam with headline acts, Praye.
Speaking on 3FM‘s Drive ahead of the jams, the group promised an electrifying performance to crown the Easter activities at Gyakiti.
The trio is set to thrill revelers at the Gyakiti beach with hits from their past as well as new tunes.

The people of Gyakiti and its environs are already charged for the four days of fun activities lined up to mark the 2019 Easter celebration.
Member of Parliament for the Asuogyaman constituency Thomas Ampem Nyarko says the Onua FM Gyakiti Easter show provides a huge opportunity for the people of Gyakiti to showcase their rich resources and fun locations to revelers.
Speaking on TV3‘s New Day on Thursday, Mr. Nyarko encouraged people from all walks of life to make a trip to Gyakiti this Easter season for an exciting experience.
“We have significant increase in the number of people who patronize the place, and it is a huge thing for us.
“If you are in Accra, Tema, and Kumasi and this Easter you have not decided where to be, the place to be is at the Onua FM Gyakiti Easter show,” Mr. Nyarko called.
