Embattled Ghana Football Association (GFA) President Kwesi Nyantakyi may not endure the best of moments as almost everything has been against him in the past 24 hours.
He has been reported to the Criminal Investigations Directorate (CID) of the Ghana Police Service by President Nana Addo Dankwa Akufo-Addo, which forced him to truncated a trip to Morocco.
He returned to Ghana on Wednesday.
And then investigations began.
He was straightaway picked up by plain-clothed officers, reports say, from the Kotoka International Airport and taken to the headquarters of the CID.
Later in the day, when his club, Wa All Stars, returned to the Ghana Premier League after a two-week recess, results did not go their way.
They went down to a Michael Otuo penalty.
The 0-1 loss at the Wa Park keeps them bottom of the 2017/2018 League log with just two round of matches to end the first round.
The loss is All Stars’ 7th with only one win to their credit thus far.
They will play leaders Medeam SC in their next game on Wednesday, May 30.
Meanwhile, Asante Kotoko, Dreams FC, Karela United and Liberty Professionals were among winners on Match Day 13.
